We are doing the 3 day potty training, and it's going just like I thought it would:
Weston is amazing and has been dry all day! He tells us when he has to go, and so far, potty training him has been a dream!
Coleson is another story. He has gone once in the potty (as of 5pm) and has gone through our entire underwear drawer. He pees in them every 15 minutes, and it just hasn't clicked quite yet.
Check back tomorrow for another update!

Resolution FAILED
I know that there are still a few days left in 2010, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't complete my New Year's Resolution from last year. For those of you who don't remember this post, I was trying to get at least one 100 page scrapbook printed this year. I have about 85 pages done for each kid, but I didn't get to 100, and I definitely didn't get anything printed. Since I am so close, I think the 4 books that I will probably be printing next year will make up for it. :)
Speaking of scrapbook pages, I thought I would share a few from Ava and Carter's Christmas Programs:

I got to take pictures in Ava's class for a few of their Christmas activities. I was there for candle dipping, stitching trees, before and during the program and during the Christmas party. I love watching her interact with her classmates and friends.

Carter's Pep Talk
Let me set the scene for you: The three boys are playing in the bath, and Carter stops the commotion to give the twins a little heart to heart. This is what he said:
"Boys, when you get older and get married, your wife is going to lay a baby, and you need to help feed it and play with it."
While this was great advice, the boy's got a little to learn about childbirth!

A night out with some old friends
After about 14 years, 7 weddings, 13 adorable kids and many miles, the girls and I still manage to get together a few times a year. These are some of my best friends from High School and I'm so glad that we have stayed in each other's lives. There is a special place in my heart for each and every one of these girls. I've never laughed so hard or got into more trouble with anyone else. Thanks for all of the memories girls!
Emily (married with 2 kids), Sarah (married with an adorable dog), Me (I probably don't need to tell you), Brittani (married with 3 kids) and Abby (engaged and getting married in Hawaii next year.) There are a few missing from this picture, but that's obviously where the "many miles" thing comes into play. Love you girls!

Ava's Birthday Party- Round 2
Ava got to have 13 of her friends over for her birthday party. The girls were so well behaved and
had such a good time together. They decorated shirts with puff paint, fabric markers, jewels and ribbons, which was really fun. We also played a game, had snacks and cupcakes and the girls played, played, played. Ava's teacher even came! What a fun day! Now that the parties are over, I can finally focus on Christmas!

The preschool program was adorable, and it wasn't very long, so even the twins sat through the whole thing! Carter looked slightly bored up there, but he still sang his little heart out!
