Our baby started Kindergarten!!!

I've been dreading this day for a long time....but there was no getting around it. My baby is a big girl now. She was grinning from ear to ear this morning as we were getting ready. Nick and I brought her and grandma watched Carter and the babies. She went right into the classroom and started coloring with her friends. Mrs. C is her teacher...she was also my teacher 20 years ago, which is pretty cool. Ava had a great day and her favorite part was riding the bus home with grandma Claudette as her bus driver!!!

NICK AND COLESON CAME BACK TODAY (MONDAY) AROUND 11:00 AM. IT WAS SO EXCITING TO FINALLY HAVE THEM HERE! THE BABIES GOT TO LAY BY EACH OTHER FOR THE FIRST TIME , AND THEY WERE LOVING IT SO MUCH! I GOT TO BREASTFEED COLESON FOR THE FIRST TIME TOO- HE LATCHED ON IN ABOUT 2 SECONDS AND ATE BETTER THAN HIS BROTHER DID! DADDY SAID HE'S BEEN GIVING HIM PEP TALKS!

We have had so many visitors since we've been here. I haven't taken pictures of so many people because most of them didn't get a chance to hold the babies. Hopefully now that they are here and doing better, more people will be able to hold them.

Weston's first bath

Weston was one week old- it's actually his second bath, but the nurse didn't call me for his first bath so I'm not counting it! He got in the water and loved it, he didn't cry once. He would have stayed in it for an hour if I would have let him. It was so cute- I wish daddy could have been there. Coleson still hasn't had a real bath because he's hooked up to too many things... hopefully soon!
