Up, down, over, under and between at 11 months

These boys are little movers! They don't stop for a minute! All I can say is that I'm so glad that we don't have stairs....that could be bad. They are pulling themselves up on everything, crawling in between things, climbing over things, and falling out of things. Weston fell out of the bathtub yesterday and Coleson crawls into rooms and shuts the door, shutting himself in. Boy are they keeping me busy! They have also learned some new things: Weston imitates us when we shake our heads "NO", claps his hands, is almost really crawling instead of army crawling, and can now pull himself up and sit back down. Coleson can do "so big", clap his hands, play peek-a-boo, dance, and stand up and sit down. They are getting so big and are quickly leaving the baby stage and entering into the toddler years. SAD!

Daddy was convinced that Carter was ready to ride without training wheels...I, on the other hand, wasn't so sure. Daddy and Carter definitely proved me wrong. He is already riding along with us on 2 mile walks! Ava has only been riding without training wheels since 5 1/2, so at the rate we're going, Weston will be 3 and Coleson will be 2! Let's hope that isn't the case, because I am nervous enough with a 4 year old riding on his own. We are sure proud of him and he is getting better and better every day!

I took the kids to the park to get some pictures. I thought it would be a good idea because I could bribe Carter: if he did well he could play. Boy was I wrong...he was way too distracted by all the kids playing and wouldn't cooperate. I ended up letting them play for awile, and then got a few good shots. I guess I learned my lesson and will have to try in a less chaotic place next time! All in all it went pretty well and we got some good shots!
