Happy Birthday to our twinkies!
Our babies turned four a few days ago! They were so excited to celebrate with a camping party, and it was a lot of fun!

Raspberry Festival
Carter did so well playing in his first Raspberry Festival, and he had a great time doing it! We started out the day with a game in the pouring down rain, but the rain slowed down quickly, and we got to enjoy the rest of our day. They don't keep score in Carter's age group, but he make 8 baskets during his 4 games, which he was very happy with! We had a blast ha

Camping in Eastern Washington
The boys were so excited about their beach find...a dead, half eaten, rotten fish. Thanks boys!
The kids and dads had so much fun on the raft that we got in Chelan.
The 3 little ones were so tired after a long day on the boat.
Our buddies
Jace, Megan, Ryan, Brenyn and Kyler
Us
The girls were so proud of their matching shirts
Catching crawdads with dad at Pearrygin
Coleson LOVED swimming in the lake
They started with a crawdad pot, but Nick decided that diving down in 25 feet of water might be better. His ears were seriously bleeding, but he caught a lot of crawdads!
We had so much fun tubing!
These girls have been friends their whole lives and always have so much fun together.

Me and my big dude...this was right before the tube was sucked under the water and we got dunked.
Swimming Lessons
The kids loved swimming lessons again this year! This was Coleson and Weston's first year with teacher Linda, and they listened and swam like little champs! Coleson always has me a little worried, but he proved me wrong and excelled!

Our Soccer Man
Carter had so much fun doing spring soccer. He had his best buddy and his cousin on his team, which made it pretty fun! He loved being forward and averaged about 4 goals a game. (I know this because he quizzes me on how many he scored at the end of the game, and I get in big trouble if I don't know!) It was so fun watching him improve and fine tune his skills. Good Job Buddy!

I need to be better!
Most of you who know me would laugh if you heard me say that I need to be better about taking pictures. Don't get me wrong, I take a ton, but I sometimes miss out on the little things. I also realized that Nick and I don't take many pictures with just one kid at a time. I came across this picture of me and my sweet boy, and I just love it so much. I need to be better about capturing some of the small things and not just the big stuff. In this picture we were on a wagon that was being pulled by draft horses during Carter's rodeo at school back in March. I don't even care that he's a little blurry...I just love that we were together and having a good time. Stay tuned for more pictures of the "little things".

Our crazy, sweet, funny, goofy, smart, kind, athletic, busy little boy is now a big seven year old and is also a big 1st grader! It makes me so sad that it has gone so fast, but I'm also excited for all of the fun times ahead! He was the perfect little poser and I did a great job cooperating for his pictures. I love you bud! Happy Birthday!

Pretty, Pink, Priceless
This darling girl is now nine and a half. OH MY GOODNESS! When did this happen? This means that in 6 short months, so will be the big 1-0. I don't even want to go there yet...I'm not ready! Oh how I love this little girl, and the joy and laughter that she brings to our family is priceless!
